The booking of a theme cruise includes a table reservation. If you have wishes concering your seating we will attempt the best table for your reservation. We apologize for any inconvenience. Your wish can not be guaranteed and the table arrangement will be done on the day of departure upon entry of the bookings.

Programmes and schedules are subjects to change in case of unforeseeable events such as high or low water, or delays when passing locks or bridges. Force majeure (high water, ice, etc.) may entail any changes of services. Boats other than announced may be used.

Program changes are possible owing to unforeseen events (e.g. illness of artists).

The restaurant is a non smoking area. Smoking is possible on the sundeck.

Children accompanied by their (grand)parents

0 – 5 years free of charge, 6 – 15 years 50 % discount. Prices for theme cruises specificly designed for children are displayed on our webside.

Handicapped people

20 % discount (with handicapped ID), also for 1 accompanying person

Groups

Every 21. person free of charge.

Where to buy tickets?

You can purchase tickets at all our ticket offices in Vienna or Wachau Valley. You can also pre-purchase your tickets via the Online Shop and easily print them at home (print@home-ticket).

Ships accessible for wheelchairs: Ships: MS Admiral Tegetthoff, MS Dürnstein, MS Wachau, MS Vindobona, MS Wien. Wheelchairs have to be announced for all cruises. Please notice that there is no barrier-free access in every station (Tulln, Korneuburg). Electric wheelchair upon request. Unfortunately it is not possible to take cruises with bus transfer included with a wheelchair.

Boarding starts 30 minutes before departure.

Dogs are free of charge. Leash and muzzle mandatory! It is not possible to take your dog on cruises with bus transfer!
